Christmas Colouring Competition
Ray White Bridgeman Downs and Chermside recently hosted a festive Christmas colouring competition for children aged 3-12, drawing an impressive 85 entries. The winner in the 3-6-year-old category was Charlotte, while Jack took the top spot in the 7-12-year-old group. Runner-up accolades were awarded to Jethro, Tonga, April, and Evelyn for their creative efforts. Building on the success of this event, the next competition will be an Easter colouring competition, featuring new age groups: 3-5, 6-8, and 9-12. Chocolate Drops
Sonya Treloar’s team wrapped up 2024 with another successful Christmas Chocolate Drop, spreading festive cheer throughout the local community. As a heartfelt thank-you for the incredible support shown throughout the year, the team
delivered approximately 2,400 chocolates to residents, businesses and valued clients. The Christmas Chocolate Drop continues to be a cherished tradition, embodying the spirit of appreciation and community.

Little Ray of Giving
Ray White Bridgeman Downs and Chermside proudly participated in the annual Little Ray of Giving initiative, receiving an outpouring of generosity through many wonderful gifts donated by the community. These heartfelt contributions were
delivered to Hummingbird House, Queensland’s only children’s hospice, to bring joy to children and families in need. This initiative is a testament to the belief that everyone deserves to smile at Christmas, and the Ray White team is honored to have been part of spreading festive cheer to such a deserving cause.
