Leah Halliwell

Leah Halliwell is a senior leader with more than 25 years’ experience across real estate management, sales, retail and executive operations. She previously held the roles of Head of Growth and Performance and Head of Operations, overseeing multi-site business performance and operational structure across sales, property management and administration teams.

Her work has centred on translating strategy into execution, strengthening systems and improving accountability across teams.

Leah now serves as AML/CTF Compliance Officer, responsible for the design and implementation of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing frameworks within real estate operations. Her role includes ML/TF risk assessments, policy and procedure development, customer due diligence controls, staff training, reporting obligations and ongoing regulatory oversight aligned with AUSTRAC requirements.
